We are a full-service CNC machine shop in Spokane, WA. We use up to date technology for programming and manufacturing processes with 27 CNC machines. As a contract manufacturer and OEM supplier, we can manufacture any quantity of parts. We design, build, and run progressive tool and dies.
Our customers span many different industries including aerospace, personal protection, personal disabled transportation, entertainment, construction of mass timber, transportation, communication, military, synergy, alternative energy production, farming, and outdoor sports. Our customers have parts made of steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, bronze, copper, stainless steel, and castings made of different types of steel and aluminum.
Our Capacities
We have a wide variety of machines used to create your products. They include:
13+ CNC Mills
We have twelve vertical and one horizontal CNC mills. Several of our vertical mills are fitted with 4th axis fixtures, and can handle parts up to 24" in diameter. Additionally, we also have multiple manual Knee mills and lathes.
8+ CNC Lathes
We run six Mazak 2 and 3-axis lathes, five of the six lathes have live tooling, one Haas spindle-through lathes with live tooling and Y-axis milling, one Feeler 2-axis lathe with a 5" spindle, and multiple manual lathes.
5-Axis Vertical Mills
We have two Mazak Variaxis 630-5X II mills, each equipped with 2-pallet systems with travels of X=25", Y=30", Z=20", 360° C axis,-30° to +120° A axis, and two 25"x25" work tables.
Okuma 48" Chuck Vertical Mill
Our Okuma VTM-120Y-b 3+2 axis combination lathe/machining center is the largest of it's type in the Inland Northwest of Washington, Idaho, and Montana. With its 48" chuck, it is capable of cutting items up to 49" in diameter, and has 59" of swing.
